Assessment College the worst

Extremely disappointed with Assessment College. I completed my ETDP qualification in 2022, yet only received my incomplete results in May 2025—after years of follow-ups and being met with complete silence. Emails were ignored for months on end. When I finally did receive something, it was incomplete, and again, no one responded to my queries regarding the missing unit standards or certificates.

This level of negligence is unacceptable. Facilitators are changed more frequently than one can keep track of, and paying in full upfront means absolutely nothing here. You’ll still wait years for your results—if you’re lucky enough to get a response at all.

The turnaround time is disgraceful, the apologies meaningless, and accurate information nearly impossible to obtain. It’s difficult to understand how an institution operating like this is still accredited or functioning. A complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Truly shameful.
