Poor service and bad attitude to the customers

This company for opel spares in Van dar Hoff got poor service and bad attitude.l wanted to inquire if they have the spares l wanted so l sent an email no one was there to reply me.l latter phoned and a lady answered me and put me on hold for 10 minutes, when l drop the call and phone again the lady answered again l asked her why she left me on hold for such long time and she told me they're busy but l don't know why they answer calls if they know there will be no one to talk to the client.l was fare enough to let her know that l was not happy with the way she left me on hold instead of just saying sorry and assist me.She told me what do you want me to do if l am telling you we're busy.
