No Refund! Don't answer calls!

Appalling service from the start to the unfortunate end! Terrible customer care and business ethics!

We rented a car for a 30 day duration for business purposes and were told that it would be ready for collection on Wednesday afternoon, 28 April. When we got there, we were told the car was not available and they requested to deliver it to us in PMB the following morning before 10h00. They arrived just after 13h00 on Thursday without a contract! Fortunately I took pictures of the car when they delivered it. To say the least, it was a coffin! No maintenance, nothing!

On Monday, 03 May, we unfortunately got into an accident on our way to return the car. We informed them about the accident, provided them with all that they requested and when we asked when we could expect a refund or another vehicle, we never got any response till this day! I was dealing with Lindo Bhengu...

Best advice: Don't even start doing business with them! They are totally unreliable and unprofessional!
