Delay in payment of refund

After hiring a vehicle from this company , my deposit has still not been refunded and its been 1 month since I returned the vehicle. Each time I call Lindo Bhengu and ask when I am going to get my deposit , he tells me his boss said he will authorize the payment the following day. 8 days later, his boss has still not processed the refund and then more promises that the payment will be done. No communication and no urgency to pay back the refund from this company. My advice is to not hire a vehicle from this company if you can't wait long periods for your deposit because you gonna wait a long time.
