Assa*** Car Hire

I got there, the vehicle I had booked wasn't in operation, I was given a vehicle (just temporary) that had a cracked windscreen, front bumper falling off. I opened the boot and found someone's half eaten avocado pear and a s**** in the boot. I opened the cubby hole and there was a polystyrene container full of food. I came and fetched the right vehicle, the car smelt like wet carpets. they explained they cleaned the. the next day it started to rain, the windscreen wipers were shredded. I had to replace them. Stopping at a petrol station I was in formed that the tyres on the vehicle were not roadworthy, as they were smooth. All of their vehicles are in a shocking state. I have referred the matter to the authorities. We then waited and fought and begged and pleaded for our deposit for over 30days. they kept on saying they paid it, but no pop.

Please please don't use them. they were shocking.
