Do not rent from Asrin Property Developers

I would rate them a zero if I could. If you are renting or intended on renting from them expect them to commit ***** in respect of your deposit.

As agreed upon per the outgoing inspection a leak which occurred within the first month that was reported would be covered by the landlord.

Subsequent to that the agent called and explained the kitchen cupboard damaged costs caused by the leak would be deducted from the deposit (which the agent initially agreed was on them) along with other agreed upon maintenance.

We waited longer than a month after moving out to hear back from them regarding the refund and still they continued to communicate vaguely. I requested all qoutes of repair and expected date of payment. And no response on communication was provided.

Only after my lawyers reached out to them did they continue to make payment (again with no supporting qoutes or invoices for agreed upon maintenance).

I paid them a two month deposit and received less than 1 month deposit back.

I am currently in the process of reporting them to the Rental Housing Tribunal and will proceed to make seek legal action.

Not because of the money, but because of their lack of integrity and intentional deceit which the agents and company does not possess.
