Asrin Property Developers (Zaried Emran)

We have been renting a property in Royal Ascot Milnerton for 11 years from the owner Zaried Emran, for 11 year we have contacted time and time again to tell them about the maintenance the lights the plumbing the geyser the cupboards the water damage no response from them what's so ever, he also made us pay for a water meter to be installed which was supposed to be his responsibility as per the council. Since the 1st of May 2021 we have moved out, prior to moving out his wife came to he house in January she did an inspection saw that none of the issue we pointed out to her was our responsibility and she acknowledged that. The day of moving Zaried and wife did a walk about with us and not a word was said we told him we lost 2 keys and we will gladly replace and also settle the outstanding water account, he said nothing he and his wife was quite we handed the keys over, 7 days later we asked for our deposit and he said he is compiling everything that we have to pay for the damages a month and 2 weeks later we get a bill of over R26000 to pay for damages that were caused over the years of no maintenance being done. He took a month and 2 week to do 11 years of maintenance checks now he is sending this bill he is being very *******. And extremely greedy for money. Please as far as possible do not rent from these people. Do your research on these people i am not the first person to complain about them. They **** innocent people.
