I am certainly mad with this Broker company. It's almost 2 months since I logged a ***** case. There was a policy they put against my persal without my consent, and it started last year November, and the premiums went up in less than 6 months. They promised to refund me but till now I haven't received my refund. Instead, Ayanda who works in their HR department has no courtesy to even respond to emails yet when she sends emails she awaits responds from the client. That time it wasn't only me but my other colleagues as well. They are ****mers, it's their company's fault but you get inconvenienced with what's due to you. In fact, it seems like they are ****ming government employees so never trust this Broker company with your personal information. I'm told to wait another 48 hours after waiting for almost 2 months to show that they are not taking this matter serious. I even went to an extent of getting an affidavit to confirm that I don't have any knowledge of this policy.
