Paid upfront, not receiving proper service, no terms & conditions, no refunds

<p>Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Magda Henrico in the East Rand, Kempton Park area. After paying upfront, even more than I've been quoted for by her, I've cancelled due to reasons on how she've treated my daughter and consistently cancelling or moving lessons. After cancellation and she agreed to refund my balance, she deducted from the balance due to me, with no reason, no prior warning, no terms and conditions received up to date, no verbal agreements of explenations. Still after she agreed, in writing, that she will refund me. Suddenly she've charged me R300.00 for a 9 page e-mail forwarded to my daughter, never mentioned once it's going to cost us that much. Then she increase the rate per hour on the lessons she did give my daughter. I've paid to teach my daughter 2 parkings. No driving on the road, Magda did all the driving, stopped at the shops ect in our training time, and teaches her 2 parkings. I've paid more than the quoted package, did not receive the fair service, and now she've deducted all sudden "extra" not to refund me. Please make sure you are aware of all the terms and conditions in writing, before yu go into an agreement with Magda.</p>
