S26 Toddler milk.

Last night I opened a packet of baby milk from the box of S26 Toddler that I usually buy only to find a bug in the powder milk. I called the call centre who tried to throw a tin of milk in my face to keep quiet I got so angry this is disgusting. I have lost all trust in ur product. How the hell did a bug get into a sealed packet.
