S26 SMELLING LIKE PAINT & NO CARING ASSISTANCE RECEIVED FOR MILK CAUSING ILLNESS!!!

<p>I recently bought a box of S26 (Normal) formula #1 for my 9 week old baby.<br />On Monday 3rd April I opened the box and made my daughter her usual 4 scoops 120ml's.</p> <p>I then fed her the bottle where she started crying and pushing the bottle... I then took the bottle out of her mouth and smelt it... it had a bad plasticy paint like smell. I threw the milk down the drain and threw the bottle in the bin... immediately I made a fresh bottle with a other feeding bottle... again the same issue with her crying and pushing. I then tasted the milk :-( it was so bad I felt sick and she had drank some of it from both feeds. (NOTE THAT THE MILK WAS NOT EXPIRED) </p> <p><br />On Tuesday morning I had sent an email to the so called customer care of Aspen to tell them that the milk was not right. I then received a response saying that a courier will collect the box of milk and replace it the next day. On Tuesday the courier came through and collected the milk. On Wednesday morning I had received the fresh box of milk. Yesterday being Thursday I opened the box of milk to make my daughter a bottle... And again the milk smelt plasticy. </p> <p><br />My daughter has been throwing up in-between and after every feed since I fed her from the box of S26. So I emailed them again, I was advised that it is better to buy the tin of milk than the box, and I asked the person on email if I could instead receive 2x 900g tins which adds up to 1.8kg's?<br />She rep**** no we cannot give you what you didn't purchase. So they will still just send me 1 1.8kg box of milk. </p> <p><br />ASPEN IS TERRIBLE THEY DON'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO COMPENSATE YOU IN A GOOD WAY MAYBE BY SENDING EXTRA MILK OR A VOUCHER. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR FREEBIES BUT SERIOUSLY JUST 1 BOX OF MILK IN RETURN AND THEN IT IS ALSO A BAD BOX. I AM FED UP WITH THEM TO A POINT WHERE I EMAILED THE CAPE TIMES AS WELL AS THE CAPE ARGUS TO SEE WHAT THIS COMPANY IS ABOUT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE'S KIDS.</p> <p><br />SO NOW I AM SITTING WITH A 9 WEEK OLD BABY WHO LOOKS EXTREMELY LAME AND CANNOT STOP THROWING UP!!!! (I AM GOING TO THE PEDIATRICIAN LATER TODAY) BUT WHOSE POCKET DOES THE MONEY COME FROM FOR MEDICAL BECAUSE OF THEIR MILK THAT IS NOT RIGHT. <br />I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE THE FORMULA BUT I AM SO DISAPPOINTED THAT I THINK THAT WILL BE MY ONLY SOLUTION. </p> <p><br />I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE S26 FOR THE MERE FACT THAT ASPEN DOESN'T TRY TO HELP THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE SALES AND COVER THEIR NAME. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL PEOPLE HOW ILL IT HAS MADE MY DAUGHTER!</p>
