S26 refill sachets poor packaging quality

last month I purchased the S26 refill box that contains 4 sachets(about 5-6 boxes). when opening 1 box 3 sachets were properly sealed but 1 was open at the back and had brown tape around the sachet.

when purchasing the box they were properly sealed as usual as I check if they were tampered with. i buy so many boxes monthly as i have twin boys and now i find this and worry of the quality of the actual product and fear they may be contaminated
