Recall, or not?

This is the third time that I am writing (in the space of a few months) about this recurring problem. The first time, I was annoyed. The second time I was disappointed. Both times your reps eventually sorted out the problem. Now I am just plain livid.<br> <br> Kindly contact me with an explanation as to why no store has stock of your product. You keep saying there is nothing wrong with it, but yet you have these continuous supply problems. I have had to resort to buying small cans of older stock at ridiculous prices from small retailers and even THESE are not in supply anymore!<br> <br> KINDLY CONTACT ME VIA THE E-MAIL I PROVIDED.<br> I have also included my new number with this complaint.<br> <br> I want to know where I can find the 1.8kg tins and what is wrong with the products that aren't on the shelves.<br> <br> Enough is enough. You can't just switch a baby that is used to a particular formula to another one. You seem to have no consideration for the health and safety considerations of a disrupted supply and no concern whatsoever about the time, energy and petrol wasted by loyal customers using your product.
