Poor Product

I have tried to contact Aspen on several cases to no response. I have purchase a tin of 900g infacare baby formula stage 1 and when opened it had this hard pieces no sure if its old clotted of milk or what it is. I contacted the store purchased from and said to contact aspen which i did with no responses.. Very disgusting product and poor
