Out of stock Pur-Bloka

I suffer from bipolar disorder and have both panic and anxiety attacks. I am not going to get aggressive here and start a fight, but I would like to point out the most recent complaint about Pur-Bloka being out of stock was in 2015, two years ago. See the link:

I would just like to know why now, in 2018, I am still not able to get Pur-Bloka. Instead, I have been offered Inderal, which costs ten times the price. Why are the global pharmaceutical companies doing this? What have they to gain? Besides money, of course. Seems to me they get off on seeing people suffer.
