Not clean formula and bad attitude from agent

I bought a sealed tin of S26, when I opened it to obviously use it there was a brown thingy in the powder almost looked like some kind of seed of leave, this is not the first time I had a problem with S26 previously I bought a box of S26 and some of the sachets had holes inside so powder was not just in sachets but also in the box. Really getting irritated with this.

I complained on hello Peter and no response so i Facebook message and got attitude they can not help me from a agent
