NO STOCK FOR S26 GOLD WHOLE JHB WEST AND NORTH

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of Tshiamo(17 months old) to show his anger,frustration and disappointment towards Aspen Wethy South Africa for failing to deliver and keep their promise to loyal customer who is only 17 months old. He is been regular customer since birth, consume two tins of 1.8 S26 Gold a month and stay happy.<br> <br> Now for the past 3 months the supply of the above formula milk is always out of stock and force us parents to change baby to another formula milk which is at our disposal. I and my wife had to drive around West Rand to South and East Johannesburg Retailers(Pick n Pay,Shoprite,Game,Discheme,Clicks,Spar,Makro etc) with no success).<br> <br> All this Retailers blame the slow and small quantity supply from the supplier,I was force me to buy a 400g at Makro the only size which was available in West Rand,Johannesburg West and South. <br> <br> Currently i`m having an happy loyal customer who demand S26 Gold or nothing else,Note that we tried to change him to another formula milk and he got sick(abdominal Pains).<br> <br> I need to know what must i do now to get this Formula milk and continue to keep my baby healthy and happy.<br> PLEASE TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT AS POSSIBLE!
