No stock and poor customer service

I emailed Aspen earlier today with regards to Lenadol, a Schedule 2 pain medication and the fact that that whole of Bloemfontein are out of stock and has been for weeks if not months now.<br> I have been looking for this particular product at Dischem, Clicks, Shoprite and various other pharmacies in and around BFN to no avail. A pharmacist told me that he had been to Aspens factory in PE and they told him that a new batch of this particular product will be rolled out 2 weeks ago.<br> A lady names Sandra phoned me from Aspen today in response to my email. I missed the call and she left voicemail. First off she told me that this medication is indeed not Schedule 2, but over the counter medication and is available everywhere in pharmacies with quite a know-it-all tone. <br> Now, as far as I know S2 on a bottle or package implies Schedule 2 and also that all S0 - S2 medications are indeed classified as over the counter medication and all S3 and onwards are prescription.<br> But irrespective of the scheduling thereof, I would like to know, can someone from Aspen give me the name of a specific pharmacy with Lenadol stock right here, right now in BFN please?<br> Thank you.<br>
