No Infacare Gold 2 or 3 anywhere

I am an extremely frustrated parent. Today I have spent 2 1/2 hrs driving to 6 shopping centers looking for Infacare gold 2 & 3. After calling the Aspen consumer helpline, I was told that there is no stock due to a packaging redesign that is in progress. How can a brand leave their customers hanging? Shockingly poor comms from Aspen. You would at the very least think that Aspen would offer to deliver the product to disgruntled customers but I guess they don't value their customers enough to consider such corrective action.
