MIXING INSTRUCTIONS CHANGE

I have bought a box infacare formula stage 1 and the mixing instructions have changed due to this my baby has become sick with a runny tummy and it happens after every intake of the formula.<br> Why the change in formula???? i will be forced now to change my babys formula when i didn't have a problem with the old formula..why did the manufacturer change the formula?did you consider the change in baby's systems due to this!!!!!<br>
