Infacare Gold No. 3 (Baby Formula) Not On Shelves

For the past six months we've been battling to get Infacare Gold No. 3. All the shops in Gauteng Malls do not have stock. What's more frustrating is that the sales people have no idea what's happening and when they'll receive stock. First excuse, towards the end of 2014, was that truck drivers were on strike. Now we're told the production of this formula was stopped because Aspen wasnts to change packaging and that the Department of Health wants the formula to be fortified some more. Calling the Aspen call centre does not help as there are no define or straight answers. Our 2 years old girls (twins) are now finishing their last tin and there's stil nothing on the store shelves. Can somebody come out with explanations as to what, exactly, is happening and what the resolution from Aspen is, please??????<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Johannes Ngwenya
