Infacare formula made my baby sick

We've been using infacare since my baby was born as it was recommended by our family doctor. We initially bought a few 900g tins and we didn't experience any problem at all. Then we recently bought a 1,8kg at clicks. We noticed that the texture was different, the taste was different and it does not fully dissolve, even in warm water.

My baby started getting sick a few hours after we started feeding him from those sachets. At first I didn't think much of it until our doctor mentioned that the baby might be rejecting the formula. I then bought the 900g tin just to test and my baby is back to his normal self.

I'm not sure if the problem is with that one particular package or all the 1,8kg boxes are defective but something is not right with that package.
