Hair and dirt in S26 formula

Hi, So I'm so disgusting by this brand... We baught Bout 5 boxes of S26 promil 6-12 months. Out of that 5 there was 1 box that I opened that had like blobs or it looked like ingredients wasn't processed properly anyways I never take it to head I still fed it to my child giving it the benefit or the doubt,now I usually fill her feeders in the dark once she is sleeping but when I came to to last packet I happened to have a feeder not fill and when I took it to fill in the day I noticed hair and dirt I immediately went to get the bottle that my baby was drinking and to my disgust I found this hair and dirt and green stuff inside ? I started panicking, so I contacted the company any they asked for the pics n they did send someone to collect the remains and the one that she was drinking and replaced it(which I still haven't used) they asked for a 21 day investigation which I agreed on.... They findings state "it had hair n dirt almost like the content was spilled and replaced in the container" seriously!!!! Why would I wanna feed my baby hair n dirt!!! ... My baby's health is at utmost importance to me... I'm extremely disappointed in the way things was stated as if I put things in there I wish I could put pics and videos up here...
