FOX AIR...

My dad died 4 months ago and after the shock of his death my mother had a terrible cold. Fox Air was prescribed by her doctor. <br> She has been using the product but after starting to eliminate medication we soon realised that the Aspen was the major culprit causing her even more hassles than a common cold. <br> She reported the matter to the Help Desk and was promised feedback. Obviously that never happened and she is getting a cold again and she tried the product again with disastrous consequences. She has breathing problems and although we were told that there are another product on the market, she will have to go back to the GP to try and get a script for the new product. <br> The response from Aspen is absolutely shocking.... Empty promises - no one who can assist and with my previous media experience I would like an answer as soon as possible as my next alternative will be the media and a lengthy article on how we have tried to resolve the matter. <br> Urgent feedback is awaited.
