False Advertising

I am a lactose intolerant female whose concern is based on an Aspen approved product - Future Life.

This product is said to also be for lactose intolerant people; however, I have been feeling ever so bloated each time I have had a bowl of Future Life Smart Foods (High Energy). I then decided to go onto Future Life's website just to verify what their ingredients consist so. Upon doing so, I noted that under allergens on the aforementioned product, it contains Soy and ***'S MILK. My understanding of ***'s milk is that it contains milk sugar, which is otherwise known as LACTOSE.

When I go on further to things it is naturally free from, they have listed "lactose" as one of them. These statements are quite contradictory. This is false advertising. How is it that Aspen approved this product?

I would like to here from you guys about this.
