Aspen Pharm care bad service to their employees

My father was working at Aspen and he passed away, then we went to them for the forms of UIF claims they played hide and seek till today, even by the time we got forms from Department of labor there was no one who was willing to assist us to their HR or Payroll department. We haven't received anything for my Father's UIF funds because of Aspen staff.
