Non delivery of a watch

In November I bought a smart watch for R299 at Asosstore and they never delivered the watch. In December they sent an email with a link to pay the delivery fee, which I paid and still they never delivered the watch. I tried to send them emails and communicate with them via Facebook and they never responded. They are a ****. Don't buy from this store
