Very *********** customer service

[URL Removed] is an online retail store that ships worldwide. After being a loyal customer for couple of years I've had a misfortune of purchasing an item from [URL Removed] which was manufactured by one of their partners. The item was sized incorrectly according to the [URL Removed] sizing chart provided on the product page. I've purchased this for my mom who usually fits UK Large, and I've bought items on [URL Removed] before which fit her perfectly. This item was sized in UK 12 according to the measurements chart on the partner's product page which was not referred to by Asos. I've found this by googling the product myself. The customer service is very *********** and only able to send copy/paste replies with instructions to return the parcel. No matter what you say you have to pay return shipping and no sizing inspection can be carried out upon return. This is obviously going to be the last time using [URL Removed] Unless you live in UK, it's way to risky to be burdened by international return shipping due to the sizing mistakes with their partner's products. Writing back and forth with *********** customer service agents - if you get a response - is even worse if you expect a human written response.
