Poor communication

I ordered sneakers on Asos in August and they were scheduled to arrive in SA on the 29th of September 2021, I am unable to communicate with them via Twitter as they have changed they communication to that chat bot on their website. Even so that chat bot is never available, I am sitting in the dark I don't know where my order is.
