Never ever use standard shipping

I have ordered from Asos for years and for some reason, I decided to accept their free standard, international shipping. Never do this. It is untracked and handled by SAPO who are notoriously useless. Each time I contact asos, they give me different information regarding requesting and their customer service reps just end the chat! They really just don't care. Over R3000 down the drain 😭
