Disgusting Customer Service

<p>I have been waiting more than 2 months for a single item, which i actually dont want any longer. it is a winter item and it is now summer. All the agents are extremely rude and impatient, thats if they do reply to emails. i will never buy from this website again, i will stick to companies who are able to provide good service such a new look.</p>
