Asos- the worst online shopping experience of my life

<p>Asos has failed to deliver items ordered and paid for in September LAST YEAR! Its now January and Still I wait. If its not one delay tactic after the other, then its lip service- one department is checking up on another and dead line after deadline I wait with absolutely no resolution ! What the hell kind of an online clothing store is this? I buy from amazon all the time and this has never happened before. Ive told them on numerous occassions to just refund me, but this falls on deaf ears! Never EVER will I spend a cent at ASOS!! Disgusting service! </p>
