Asos robbing me

Hey my name is Clyde moonsamy ..and i am a very very angry customer of asos online shopping, not sure if people are fami**** with this site.. its called asos if you google you will see it .. they are a bunch of frueds with no way to assist n speak to a human being.. i tried purchasing 2 items and its way way over a month now and i received nothing.. they sent me an email saying its very rare that i didnt recieve my parcel and they cannot refund me and whats worse they said i wudnt be able to communicate with them if they see anythng dealing with me they will close n ignore my complaint .. what bull**** .. i advice people who work hard for they money like me .. n that makes everyone never to shop there .. i am not leaving this .. i will get my money back .. !!!
