ASOS is trash for South africa, Dont order

I ordered a waist coat for my wedding on the 20 October 2020, thought as it was sent through post office that it would atleast take a month or 2 but i got married on the 7th January 2021 without that waist coat. Then i waited and here we are in 30 June 2021 and still nothing. no Refund or anything or any communication
