BLACK CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED LIKE TRASH AT ASMALLS NEWCASTLE

I went to Asmalls in Newcastle CBD 17 June 2021 Thursday. Their procedure is to give customers a shopping busket when entering the store they say it's their way of counting customers inside I believe due to Covid19 which is quite ridiculous, this is a burden to us customers... having to walk around with a stupid busket even when you are window shopping...the store is small,the busket create such a big problem this was a thoughtless nonsensical idea,I can't be so tired even to carry my handbag and here you are forcing me to take your busket that I'm not sure if it's even sanitized to begin with... hence as customers we just decide to leave without purchasing...the procedure is Madness!!! Anyway... upon arriving at the store,the security told me to take a busket,I took it... another black woman who sounded older entered after me, when told to take a busket by the security she was groaning,not wanting to take it...an Asmalls lady short light skinned big voice...came opening her eyes pointing at the busket...cc,cc take the busket" the attitude oh my God!! She was forcing her,her face changed!!she said that with all the LEVEL OF DISRESPECT!! I'm not sure if she's the manager or what but always giving orders with her loud big voice!! Whilst listening to that I was very shocked,I thought customers are to be made feel welcomed in the store not being threatened. Couple of seconds after that two coloureds or white ladies entered... immediately she conducted herself "how you Ma, please take the busket" politely...the coloured ladies also were groaning they didn't take the busket...she spoke to them with so much respect and sort of begging them to take the busket of which they disapproved and she kept quite...that time I'm fuming with anger...what a level of **************!!! she then told the security to put busket on the side if these people (any besides black people)don't want to take busket because they'll waste your time" I asked another consultant : who was the store manager, she said it's Nosipho...I write this with a heavy heart I'm very angry as a black customer who shops at Asmalls almost every week... Everytime I go there, there's 100% black customers so if we bring so much money into the store,why are we treated like trash?? We deserve that level of respect! as the target of the company is low to medium class...which mainly is black people!! If that big voiced woman is Nosipho the manager...she doesn't deserve the position,she maybe all articulate or so but this is business,the needs to make money create loyal customers so if you look down on the actual customers... Asmalls won't get anywhere due to this lady,I wonder how she treats the staff. Asmalls management please sort this out
