Asla civil housing project Stellenbosch, Idas Valley

These people are the worst. Telling us that they were not supposed to build the houses in Hillside village, Idas Valley as per the plan submitted to the Stellenbosch Municipality. I've been living here for about a year now and still struggling with them to fix cracks in my walls, tiles, roof...a sink that leaks and was repaired 3 times already. My cupboards look like ****. Who do we complain to if they tell us as the new owners of the bought houses that they don't have to put vents inside the houses. We can't even breath properly due to no inside vents and the house that sweats during winter.
