Asky South Africa check-in staffs are very rude!

The Asky the check-in service team in South Africa expecially the one supervised by the callate lady name 'Gata'..are so so unprofessional and rude! On the night flight of the 23 February flying to libreville that lady and the staff girl Linda who was assisting us, made us regret why we took that flight, my husband, I and our kids were the first to arrived we were the last one to leave all bcoz these people didn't know their job and wanted to steel from us by making us pay extra money for baby boy toybike! Not only that the way they attended to us like we were actually bothering them , not explaining , but talking to us like their kids! Even asking us to handle ourselves our checked in luggage....please Asky Manager this isn't professionnel!
