On 23 July 2015 we agreed to make use of AskBart Developers to design our web page, we paid 50% deposit the very same day, to confirm and initiate the process. We were promised a 7 day turnaround time for the web page to go live. He is also the IT specialist that takes care of our hosting, emails and technical issues. Today 29 September 2015, we are still left without internet connection, NO WEB PAGE, and our emails aren't working. If you contact him on his cellular phone, he simply ignores your calls - COMPLETELY, his landline goes to voicemail, and he does not respond to text messages. He makes appointments to come sort out, what is his mistakes in the first place, and simply does not show up for appointments, and he conveniently switches off his phone. I have to pay for a whole new website, and hosting etc. Up untill now he has had excuses after the other, and promised to finish and sort out all our problems, just one problem he is unreachable.
