Customer service and personal touch
I have just had the best experience ever - and just wanted to share it here. On the 20th of December I placed an order for a natural sugar scrub gift set for Christmas, not only was it delivered by the 24th (as promised) but they included a little "thank you" gift with it as well as a "hand written note saying "Thank you for shopping with us"
Not had such a personal touch experience in a while, thank you ladies for making this christmas gift extra special
