Bosch Appliances service Provider: Ask Larry Appliances.

Larry attended to the repair of my Bosch dishwasher in Jan 2022, he had to replace the water inlet pipe, but then he broke the PC Board. I am still waiting for him to repair this, apparently, he had to order the part from Germany and this has to be manufactured. He never returns messages. I have been liaising directly with Bosch Customer care and their service leaves much to be desired aswell. Bosch delivered a loan machine in the meantime and also arranged for Larry to collect my dishwasher on 31 March 2022 to repair the PC board himself and re program it....I'm still waiting, no feedback from anybody. The absolute worse service delivery ever. The customer feedback from Bosch Customer care is pathetic to say the least.
