Please avoid buying from this company. I purchased a couch in February 2026, paid the full amount, and to this day I have not received it. I even gave the owner, Vanessa, an extra week to complete and deliver, but she stopped answering my calls and messages. On the rare occasions she does respond, it’s just excuses. The service is terrible I’ve been calling and messaging nonstop with no resolution. I requested a refund, but she told me she is “raising funds” and doesn’t have money. That is unacceptable. Her business is TikTok-famous under the handle Ask Furniture. The contact numbers are *** (Vanessa) and *** (admin). This company is a ****. The only thing that matters to them is taking your money. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from them. 2 months later I have no couch and my money is gone. The business does not provide an email address and only communicates via Whatsapp
