Asiphephe vehicle test station

I took my vehicle to the pmb branch a day or two before the lockdown was enforced , my vehicle failed due to worn tyres on the rear , I paid them R390 and was told I had 14days to correct any problems ,I was unable to get the brand of tyres as well as spec that I needed so couldn't go back immediately , I went there today to see if they could retest (basically look at my new tyres on the vehicle and pass the vehicle and they said to me "due to lockdown they would have to charge me an additional R500 , so wasn't the president of Rsa saying that the lockdown wouldn't affect prices ? Well ... I guess Asiphephe vehicle test station doesn't care about the law or breaking it , dishonest rogues if you ask me as well as ******* !
