Cancellation of registration

I took my three year old daughter to the nursery school for two days. On the second day she had wet her pants and was left unattended. We then decided to cancel registration and i then sent the school an email of cancellation. I had paid R1500 school fees and R750 non registration fee. On request of the refund of R1500 school fees i was rudely told that that will supplement a one month notice that i should give to them. My argument was that my child had only been there for two days and i was not happy neither was she with the school. I was then told that the matter will be taken to the school board and feedback will be given to me. Its been two months now and every time i sent the emails they do not respond. When i call i am taken pillar to post about the committee which is in Italy. I am really not happy with the school and should have been told that on cancallation i would forfeit all my money. What was made clear was that R700 is non refundable.
