*****ing ur cellphone parts

December I took my son phone just to fix the cover. A blackberry 9700. Ali and Asif told me come back in 1hour. In that time they stole my sons speaker and memory card slot out of his phone and changed his whole cover and my Phones cover and they also broke my new cover and charged me R400 wich I had to pay before they gave my phones. The next day I went back so they told me they don't have stock I must leave the phone they will fix it. Its been 9 months. Everytime a different story. Then the phone is in klerksdorp then jo'burg and so on. They refuse to give my money back and now say it can't be fixed. What can I do? As the police is of no assistance and I'm woman alone with kids. My son is without a phone and it was his xmas gift after all. Please help and warn everybody.
