TOP NOTCH SERVICE - ALLAN SMITH ASICS SA

<p>I would like to thank Asics SA for attending to my problem I had with the Asics Nimbus 19 running shoe. In particular I want to take this opportunity to thank Allan Smith from the Gauteng branch . I contacted him regarding my problem I had with that running shoe. I was blown away when he informed me that he will be meeting with me the next day to check out my faulty running shoe and bring me a pair of Nimbus 18 running shoes as I told him that I was training for my first Comrades Marathon this year . After meeting with me and inspecting my running shoes he informed me that my midsole collapsed. To top everything a couple of weeks later I was sent a new pair of Nimbus 19 via courier from Allan Smith. I was going to change brands but after the professional and honest service I got from Allan I will stay a loyal Asics fan. Asics well done in getting this amazing guy on your team, thank you for such good customer service.</p> <p>I was so stunned after posting a message to Asics SA on your facebook page about my problem right after the race I received another pair of Asics Nimbus 18 running shoes . Thank you Asics you really do care about your customers .</p>
