Quality issues

I bought a pair of Fuji Trabuco 2 trail shoes a while ago - I havent taken them out running as I felt a bit sorry for them and used them for gymming, treadmill running, etc. The glue of the right shoe's heel has come loose. So much for saving this pair. I swear by Asics road shoes and have had a few pairs without hassle, but the trail shoes havent worked hard at all (would believe they should be more durable than road running shoes?). Maybe just a bad batch?<br> <br> There is no obvious way I could find to send Asics SA feedback - maybe add a customer care / feedback page to your website?
