Product not fulfiling the needs.

I bought Asics running shoes early November 2020 and I only starded using it in December for running but I find it very difficult to run with it because after runnibg my heel is paining in a way that I am batling to walk. I find it very strange with this product since it is not the first time I am using it and I never experienced such.
