Poor quality

I bought a pair of Asics gel sonoma 2 at Total sports for gym and to my disappointment 2.5 months later the top cloth tore, my big toe protruding, the running show is still fairly new.

I`m greatly disappointed as I`ve always wanted to own a pair and never thought I will experience such in less 6 month.

Am i allowed to take it for repairs at Asics or should I just forget and buy a new one?
