Poor customer service

During April 2015 I purchased a pair of Asics running shoes for my wife from Tekkie Town, Cradlestone Mall. Within 3 months the sole at the front of one shoe started parting as the glue failed. Asics have no customer care contact details on their website, but I did manage to get the cell number of the Gauteng representative, Stephen Maarshal who claims glue failing is not a manufacturing default. How do you argue with that? Last time I purchase any Asics product and never again from Tekkie Town!
