Poor after sale service from asics

Good day, we had a problem with asics tekkies we had for about 3 months that was of inferior quality. I addressed it with asics Carl Barnard in August. Since August he has been promising me that they will send a replacement. Then there was an excuse that the warehouse moved and could not dispatch. He phoned me 2 weeks ago and inform me, after several email where I had to inquire, that the tekkies is sent to us. Thursday I informed him we still have not received it, on email. He rep**** he will follow up and get back to me. Still no news from him or the tekkies.
